The beauty of online training is that you can study in your own time and at your own pace. You will work through each module until you have mastered that skill before moving on to the next. You are able to complete each module quickly as you like or take up to 6 months to complete once started.

Once you have received your certificate, there is no limit on how long it is active. Please ensure that you print or download the PDF certificate upon completion. Once starting the module, you have six months to complete.

This will depend entirely on where you are situated in the world. Our Certificate is legal and valid for use anywhere in Canada to either work in a salon, start your own business or enhance your skills. If you are outside of Canada, you will need to check locally to see if any licensing requirements are in force or more formal qualifications are required. This is the student responsibility. We have students all over the world.

If you are located in Canada: Yes! Once completing the Esthemax Product Knowledge course you will be able to upload your certificate to our online member registration for approval.

Due to the ever changing restrictions surrounding Covid-19, our online platform is the safest and most convenient way to educate our clients. At this time, there will be no in-person training available.

There are absolutely no prerequisites for any of our courses. Our courses have been designed for people with no prior beauty experience to get them into the Beauty Industry quickly and at a reasonable price. Our unique step by step training program along with the subject training manuals explains everything from start to finish.

The benefit of our online training is that you can study at your own convenience, in your own time and at your own pace, repeating any lesson as many times as you need to. This is one-on-one training at its best.

All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We strive to provide the most comprehensive, fun and easy-to follow training material and stand by our student satisfaction with all of our training modules.

Yes, our online academy requires full completion on all modules and a score rating of 100% to become certified.

Once you have registered to Esthemax academy you will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm your enrolment. For all registrations submitted outside of our hour of operations (Monday-Friday 9am – 5 pm EST) confirmation will be sent on the next working day.

“I need to reset my password.”

To request a Password Reset link, head to the login page and click “Lost Your Password?”. Then, enter your email address and submit by clicking “Reset My Password”. You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password within a few minutes (please check your Spam/Junk folders). Keep in mind that the link in this email will expire after 2 hours. If needed, you can request another Password Reset email by following the same steps.

“I’m having trouble creating a new password.”

Please note that your password must be at least eight characters long AND contain at least 1 the following 4 character types: lower case, upper case, numeric, or special character. For example, an acceptable password combination would contain an uppercase A, a number 1 AND a special character @.

“I’m having trouble accessing my account and now my account is blocked.”

For your own protection, password entry attempts are capped at 3 tries before the account is locked. If your account access is locked, please wait about 24 hours before trying again. You may be required to reset your password.
