Returns and Payments

To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions below:

1. Visit your Account Preferences page by clicking “My Account” on the top menu bar of your account.

2. Then navigate to “My Subscription”.

3. Click “Cancel” on the subscription you would like to cancel.

Change your payment method by following these three easy steps:

1. Click “My Account” on the top menu bar of your account, then “Account Preferences”

2. In the “Credit Card” section of the page, click “Edit”

3. Once you’ve filled out your new information, click “Save”!

Or, if you’re interested in paying with PayPal, scroll down to the “PayPal Saved Methods” section and click “Add PayPal Account” and follow the steps.
